How to play Trivia

1. Make a room. Type your name, tap Create a room and send the five-character code (or the link) to your friends. Phones and laptops can share a room.
2. Everyone gets the same question with four choices (or true or false) and a timer.
3. A right answer scores 500 points plus up to 500 more for speed. Three in a row and you get a streak bonus.
4. Questions come from the Open Trivia Database, plus a set about India written for this game.

Settings

The host can change these in the room before starting:

• Questions: 3 to 30 (default 10).
• Seconds per question: 5 to 40 seconds (default 15 seconds).
• Category: Everything, India, General knowledge, Science & nature, Geography, History, Film & TV, Music, Sports, Computers & gadgets, Video games (default Everything).
• Difficulty: Mixed, Easy, Medium, Hard (default Mixed).
